Siliguri Justice Hub

The Siliguri Justice Hub team will engage in rescuing men, women, and children from human trafficking (sex trafficking and forced labor slavery). This team, consisting of investigators, lawyers, aftercare workers, and other professionals will engage in all phases of rescue operations. This includes conducting fact finding and undercover investigation to build a case, drafting and submitting a complaint before government authorities, preparing a risk log and conducting a raid and rescue operation along with police, assisting the prosecution to ensure perpetrators are held accountable, and providing aftercare services for at least 24 months following the rescue operation to ensure that survivors remain free.

In addition to direct involvement in rescue operations, the Siliguri Justice Hub team will also engage in community awareness activities, training and government advocacy. These activities are vital for generating leads, equipping others to join the fight and forging strong relationships with the government, all of which lead to other rescue missions.
